- Solid experience in customer service with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Technical expertise in IT infrastructure and systems administration (networking, security, and cloud technologies)
- Advanced experience with Microsoft 365, premise-based servers, virtualization technologies, SharePoint, Azure, backup solutions, and security firewalls
- Commercial awareness, including cost analysis and budget preparation
- Comfortable using CRMs and documentation solutions
- Naturally supportive leader
- Ability to prioritize personal and team workload
- Full UK valid driving license
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive working environment
- Develop and implement training programs for ongoing professional development of team members
- Champion a partner-centric approach to service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritized
- Collaborate closely with partners to understand their business needs and provide strategic guidance
- Stay abreast of industry trends, making recommendations for service enhancements
- Provide excellent customer service with effective and professional communication
- Lead the team technically, ensuring correct resources are available
- Mentor Team Leaders to manage daily operations and deliver feedback and coaching
- Coach Team Leaders to take ownership of partner queries
- Set KPIs and metrics to monitor team performance and present to the management team
