ServiceNow Architect

- Define and own end-to-end ServiceNow architecture aligned to telecom/satcom business processes and enterprise standards - Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) - Lead architecture decisions balancing performance, cost, and long-term sustainability - Architect integrations between ServiceNow and OSS/BSS, ERP, CRM, and network monitoring platforms - Design and implement integration patterns (Real Time, event-driven, batch) - Ensure high availability, low latency, and reliable data exchange across distributed systems - Translate network operations, service assurance, and incident workflows into ServiceNow solutions - Integrate with telecom and satellite operational systems - Align solutions with frameworks such as eTOM, ITIL, and TM Forum standards - Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders - Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and governance forums - Collaborate across global, cross-functional teams - Establish architectural standards, integration patterns, and governance frameworks - Ensure compliance with UK/EU data protection, security, and regulatory requirements - Mentor engineering teams and promote best practices - Lead through influence in matrixed environments - Navigate changing priorities while maintaining architectural integrity - Foster collaboration, innovation, and accountability
