Requirements
Must:
- Senior-level experience with F5 BIG-IP LTM
- Strong hands-on experience with BIG-IP DNS/GSLB
- Experience in ASM (WAF) policy management and tuning
- APM/SSL VPN configuration and support
- Ability to read, troubleshoot, and modify iRules
- Experience supporting 24x7 production environments
- Service provider/telco network experience (preferred)
- Knowledge of multi-site, HA and failover architectures (preferred)
- Familiarity with proxy environments (forward and reverse) (preferred)
- Exposure to BIG-IQ and centralized licensing models (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Act as the day-to-day operational owner of the F5 estate
- Provide incident support and troubleshooting (P1-P3)
- Oversee BAU operations and service monitoring
- Implement configuration changes across LTM, DNS, ASM, and APM
- Manage SSL certificate renewals and maintenance
- Tune WAF policies and onboard partner services
- Support DNS/GSLB traffic steering and site failover
- Assist with upgrades, pre-prod testing, and production promotions
- Collaborate with internal customer and vendor teams
