Requirements

Must:
- 12-15 years of progressive DevOps leadership experience in complex enterprise environments - Demonstrated success establishing DevOps operating models and driving organizational transformation - Advanced-level expertise with Azure DevOps, including process template management and customization - Establishing and enforcing ways of working - Leading Communities of Practice - Building complex queries and custom dashboards - Implementing integrations and extensions - Managing organizational-level configurations - Expert-level knowledge of Datadog observability platform, including full-stack monitoring and distributed tracing - Log aggregation, APM, and infrastructure monitoring - Synthetic monitoring and alerting strategies - Ability to enable teams in Datadog adoption - Strong understanding of IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep) - Deep knowledge of CI/CD principles and deployment strategies - Proficiency in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash) - Solid grasp of SRE principles and implementation patterns - Exceptional influencing and organizational skills - Polished, executive-level communication skills for interactions with C-suite, senior leadership, stakeholders, peers, and vendors - Culturally sensitive and globally minded with experience across diverse cultures and time zones - Ability to manage multiple competing demands while maintaining strategic focus - Relevant certifications (Azure DevOps Expert, Azure Solutions Architect, Datadog certifications) - Experience with Agile/SAFe methodologies at scale - Familiarity with change management frameworks (ITIL) - Experience with AIOps platforms and practices

- Establish and scale the Global DevOps practice across Flight Centre Travel Groups technology landscape - Lead distributed teams globally, championing automation and operational excellence - Drive transformational change across the organization - Influence at all organizational levels to promote DevOps principles - Implement best practices for DevOps operating models - Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team
