- Candidates must be based in the UK due to the security clearance required.
- Previous experience and understanding of the operation of Security Operation Centres (SOC) and detection/response.
- A strong understanding of basic cyber security principles.
- Ability to manage time effectively and deliver tasks independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience working in/around Security Operation Centres is advantageous, including familiarity with SIEM/EDR/SOAR platforms, cloud platforms, and basic scripting abilities.
- Certifications such as CREST CPSA / CPIA / CRIA / CMRE / CNIA / CHIA, CompTIA Security+, and CompTIA Network+ are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
- Assist with the onboarding of customers and help build an understanding of their business risks.
- Collaborate with onboarding consultants to create and maintain Threat Models during live service.
- Act as the allocated Technical Account Manager, serving as the first point of contact for operational matters and proactively managing high-priority incidents.
- Advocate for customers within the team and own the operational relationship between customers and our team.
- Assist operational teams in resolving issues that arise during service operations.
- Identify and implement technical enhancements to services, working alongside engineers and architects to drive customer value.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to improve service quality and maintain a roadmap for customer engagement.
