Requirements
Must:
- Strong database or systems experience and skills.
- Able to manage workloads effectively.
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate with both internal users and internal and external developers.
- Strong Excel knowledge and experience.
- FME experience in writing routines and using them.
- Understanding of some programming languages, e.g., JavaScript/Python (desirable).
- Experience working on different platforms, e.g., Azure/Power Platforms (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Managing user feedback and queries, troubleshooting issues.
- Responsible for and helping to deliver training which is system specific.
- Managing and assisting with data manipulation and cleansing to support project migration.
- Support with development and enterprise future plans for systems.
- Providing an interface between system users, the developers, and product owner to support requirement gathering.
- Carrying out robust system testing for both new and old systems, supporting our Senior Integrated Systems Analyst where needed.
