Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role
- Strong strategic and operational capabilities
- Track record of delivering transformation or integration projects within multi-site businesses
- Expertise in cybersecurity, governance, and resilience
- Ability to influence at board level
- Familiarity with automotive retail or similar sectors is advantageous
- Strong communication and hands-on management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a phased digital strategy aligned to commercial growth
- Drive integration across DMS, CRM, finance, and manufacturer systems
- Lead automation initiatives to reduce manual processes
- Strengthen cybersecurity, governance, and resilience
- Ensure disciplined delivery of key IT and transformation projects
- Oversee infrastructure, suppliers, and service levels across multiple sites
- Provide hands-on oversight and build capability within the team
