Responsibilities
- Install CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, door hardware, mechanical/electrical locking systems, and automatic doors across multiple client environments
- Configure systems, perform functional testing, and ensure all installations operate to the highest standards
- Diagnose faults and carry out effective corrective actions to restore system functionality
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and ongoing technical support to maximize system uptime and reliability
- Work alongside sales and engineering teams to provide technical insight and ensure effective project delivery
- Manage day-to-day tasks across multiple sites, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality expectations
- Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and a customer-focused approach
- Ensure all installations follow industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and health & safety regulations
