Requirements

- Eagerness to grow into a skilled Communications & Cloud Services Engineer
Responsibilities
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting Microsoft Teams, VoIP systems, and video conferencing platforms
- Monitor UC environments for performance issues and service alerts
- Help with Azure resource provisioning, RBAC assignments, and subscription management
- Support cost-analysis activities and automation for spend tracking
- Participate in L2/L3 incident processes across cloud and UC services
- Use tools such as Wireshark and call analytics platforms for fault investigation
- Follow authentication, encryption, and compliance standards within cloud and UC environments
- Assist in implementing recommendations from Microsoft Defender for Cloud
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation for configurations, troubleshooting, and operational procedures
