Network Support Technician

- Resolve faults remotely using various tools and programs - Conduct on-site fault resolution - Replace and diagnose equipment at client sites - Manage the ticket management system - Identify and report on trends - Create technical documentation including procedures and hardware/software setups - Perform extensive maintenance visits to ensure fully operational systems at each site - Monitor, manage, and update the digital signage platform daily with existing and new inventory - Undertake key project management tasks as instructed by the Project Manager - Allocate and manage stock through the asset management system - Plan and prepare for installations - Configure equipment prior to installations and site visits - Build network cabinets - Collaborate effectively with various internal teams, including Asset Development, Sales, and Finance - Execute screen upgrades on-site under the guidance of the Project Manager - Build strong rapport with building management teams through on-site visits and communication - Assist in scheduling client content and dynamic content
