Must:
We seek a technology-driven professional with a strong background in service, production, or warehousing systems. Experience in ERP deployment or development with a focus on company-wide implementation is essential. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and SharePoint management, along with strong technical, computing, and integration skills, is desired. A proactive and methodical approach to system improvement and maintenance is crucial. A background in Mechanical or Production Engineering, combined engineering and IT expertise, and an understanding of database structures and optimizations would be beneficial.
Responsibilities
In this pivotal role as an ERP Deployment Coordinator / Systems Administrator, you will support the planning, rollout, and integration of a new company-wide Cloud ERP system. You'll collaborate with engineering, service, and sales teams to align workflows and data structures, while maintaining and enhancing ERP and Microsoft 365 environments post-deployment. You'll develop and manage SharePoint-based collaboration and document storage systems, automate processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools, and coordinate data architecture across ERP and workflow systems. You'll also support structured change management, leading troubleshooting and root cause analysis, develop training systems, document system architecture, and ensure data integrity and compliance across all connected systems.
