- Experience managing Service Engineers for Electronic Security Systems or Fire and Security, including CCTV and Access Control.
- Ability to manage, report on, lead, recruit, and develop engineers.
- Must be commutable to Sheffield or a similar area.

- Lead and grow a team of engineers in the CCTV and Access Control sectors.
- Work alongside the Small Works Manager to ensure systems are maintained to NSI/NACOSS standards.
- Assist engineers in their development and performance to ensure the highest quality of service.
