Requirements
Must:
- Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture and design
- Proven track record in consolidating multiple Salesforce orgs and legacy systems
- In-depth knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
- Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- Strong understanding of data migration strategies and integration patterns
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 and GDPR compliance requirements
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical documentation skills
- Ability to mentor and guide teams on Salesforce best practices
Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a unified Salesforce platform across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Lightning
- Lead the migration of acquired businesses into the Groups Salesforce platform
- Oversee the decommissioning of legacy CRM and field service platforms
- Design and build Salesforce solutions including integrations and automations
- Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies
- Collaborate with the Transformation Director and Business Analysts on technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the Salesforce team
- Maintain integration patterns for core systems and oversee data governance
- Participate in incident management and ensure Salesforce availability
