Requirements
Must:

- Experience providing technical expertise for software and hardware solutions

- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with others
- Detailed understanding of infrastructure, application, and data concepts
- Preferably experience in the legal or professional services sector
- At least 3 years of operational and technical knowledge in:
- Enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
- Networking concepts and technologies
- Server configuration and technical best practices
- Architecture and administration of messaging services (Exchange & Teams)
- Security concepts and best practices
- Active Directory management including AAD and Hybrid setups
- Knowledge of automated application and OS deployments
- Experience in Azure and 365 administration
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
- ITIL foundation qualified or above
Responsibilities
- Provide detailed technical architecture expertise for new systems and technologies
- Ensure business requirements are implemented with technical soundness
- Advise on technology decisions and their impacts
- Follow firms standards for infrastructure, applications, and architecture
- Maintain technology architecture standards aligned with IT strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with IT technicians and business stakeholders
- Liaise with external specialists and supervise their work
- Document high-level designs for new technology solutions
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Project Managers on requirements
- Ensure solutions align with agreed architecture; manage design issues
- Document new systems for handover to operations teams
- Resolve technical design issues during the development lifecycle
- Ensure that designs are implemented as planned and commissioned properly
