IT Infrastructure Manager

- Manage the IT Infrastructure Services team to ensure effective management of the firms diverse technical operations - Develop, plan, build, and optimize IT Infrastructure in accordance with industry standards and compliance policies such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials Plus - Manage data centres and network service providers to comply with security and compliance policies - Oversee Azure Subscriptions and ensure billing is closely monitored - Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory of hardware and software assets, ensuring these are supported and licensed - Continuously assess and remediate vulnerabilities in the IT infrastructure - Cultivate high-performing teams across Cloud & Platform, Modern User Workspace, and IT-Networking - Report on all projects within the infrastructure team, highlighting risks, budget discrepancies, and successes - Monitor and report on IT system availability and application performance against metrics and performance standards - Liaise with team members to ensure effective problem management - Create and manage budgets, focusing on optimizing SaaS and cloud service costs - Create and maintain accurate documentation related to infrastructure, including WAN and LAN design and firewall configuration - Manage IT vendors and ensure adherence to agreed KPIs and SLAs - Contribute to automation and continuous improvement of services and support - Ensure server templates and images adhere to best-practice security baselines - Facilitate regular service delivery meetings and act as a key escalation point within the firm - Feed into contract negotiations for renewed and enhanced services
