Must:
- SCCM deployment, configuration & troubleshooting experience
- AdminStudio packaging experience
- Windows 10 design and configuration
- Experience with 3rd party patching tools such as SCUP
- Experience in writing PowerShell scripts
- Some experience of XenApp/XenDesktop VDI configuration and administration beneficial
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Thorough 3rd line level troubleshooting skills
- A team player with a flexible and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work autonomously and seek assistance when unsure
- Conscientious, accurate, and methodical approach to work
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Effective time management skills
Responsibilities
- Test, configure, troubleshoot, and deploy new software
- Maintain and manage the corporate desktop image
- Maintain the integrity of the existing software estate and investigate issues as they occur
- Undertake 3rd line problem management and support through thorough issue investigation
- Ensure regular patching of applications and operating systems, complying with InfoSec requirements
- Perform other ad-hoc business as usual tasks as required
