A desire to continually enhance your job knowledge and skills is essential, and we provide ongoing training to support this. We value a high degree of enthusiasm and self-motivation. Experience or qualifications in IT-related disciplines, such as Microsoft, Active Directory, VMware, and Infrastructure, are important.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide technical support via our company helpdesk to a diverse range of clients across the UK. You will troubleshoot various IT systems, including hardware, network, and infrastructure faults. Configuring new user IT, telecoms, and print equipment will be part of your duties, as well as networking devices and offering general support for any technical queries. We expect you to deliver exceptional customer service to ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
