- Ability to handle daily targets, with support from Team Leaders
- Professional demeanor over the phone with diverse individuals
- Must have a quiet private space to work
- Stable and secure broadband connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop with at least a 13 screen (no tablets or phones)
- Webcam for training sessions
- Headset or headphones with built-in microphone compatible with your device
- No Apple devices can be used

Responsibilities
- Conduct telephone surveys with businesses and the general public on various subjects
- Engage with different individuals daily to gather opinions
- Work remotely, choosing your shifts from available times (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, and Saturday, 10am to 2pm)

Description
At Field Locker, we are a market research company focused on conducting telephone surveys. We are looking for home-based Telephone Interviewers who can mix and match their working days and shift times each week. No prior experience is required as we provide full training. We offer competitive pay based on age bands, a bonus scheme that can add up to £275 per month, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We typically respond to applicants within 1-2 days, but may take up to 7 working days during busy periods.
