Requirements
Must:
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a software development role
- Demonstrable experience leading end-to-end solution design
- Excellent programming skills with proven experience in Python, Typescript, and Go
- Familiarity with Python frameworks like FastApi and Django
- Strong front-end development skills, particularly with modern JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience working with React or similar frameworks
- Strong experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficiency with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL and MySQL
- Familiarity with cloud hosting and storage, particularly Microsoft Azure and Amazon
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and design specs
- Experience mentoring or guiding less experienced developers (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver complex software solutions across our technology stack
- Take ownership of solution design, architecture, and provide technical leadership
- Produce clear technical documentation for architecture and design processes
- Evaluate trade-offs across different architectural approaches
- Implement backend programming in Python, Typescript, or Go
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React or similar frameworks
- Design and consume RESTful APIs, with knowledge of OAuth 2.0
- Write complex queries and manage schema design in relational databases
- Collaborate with the team on cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
- Mentor and guide less experienced developers as needed
