Requirements
Must:
- At least two years experience in Business Intelligence, preferably within a Market Research Agency or client side.
- Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
- Ability to manage analysis and reporting independently.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience using statistical or BI platforms such as Numerator MWP, NielsenIQ, or Circana Liquid Data.
- Ability to connect insights from multiple sources to inform business plans and strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to answer critical business questions.
- Support Brand Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category, and Sales teams with actionable insights.
- Work with retail and consumer panel databases to uncover performance drivers.
- Collaborate with colleagues to strengthen in-house capabilities and identify new partners.
- Define robust methodologies for analytics, including forecasting approaches.
- Provide advanced data analysis and clear actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to competitive intelligence activities to identify risks and opportunities.
- Champion knowledge sharing and promote best practices across teams.
- Ensure data quality and governance through ongoing data cleaning and automation processes.
- Monitor business performance across categories and geographies.
