You will stay close to code with .NET Core, Azure, and modern engineering practices while delivering high-quality software in a values-led culture with strong retention. The tech landscape includes C#, .NET Core, MVC, Web API, Azure, SQL Server, Entity Framework, with exposure to React/Angular being useful but not essential. We also focus on Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, and CI/CD. Practical details include a hybrid work environment with 2 to 3 days in the office (car required due to rural location), competitive salary plus bonus and a 5% employer pension, 24 days holiday plus your birthday off (increases with service).
