Responsibilities
- Provide technical IT support to staff across Falkirk Council
- Assist in managing Microsoft 365 environments for Education and Corporate tenancies
- Lead the management of existing M365 applications and configure additional modules
- Manage data retention policies and migrate data from on-premises servers to OneDrive and SharePoint
- Advise on IT strategy and support digital projects aligned with Falkirk Councils Digital Strategy
- Work collaboratively with suppliers and other teams to enhance IT services
