Requirements
Must:
As an ideal candidate for the IT Administrator position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Excellent communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant IT experience.
- Proven experience with Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- The ability to set up and configure hardware.
- Flexibility in your work approach.
- A full driving license and access to your own car.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Head of IT on a daily basis.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions as needed.
- Set up, configure, and maintain laptops and desktops.
- Manage new user onboarding and deactivate old accounts.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain accurate records of IT support requests.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Utilize Active Directory and Microsoft 365 on a daily basis.
- Deliver equipment to clients as necessary.
- Build and maintain PCs and servers.
- Organize training sessions for new users.
