Requirements
Must:
- Candidates must hold a valid UK driver's license.
- Strong experience with Windows 11 setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with networking hardware (routers, switches, peripherals) is beneficial but not essential.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 Business, including Entra ID or Active Directory.
- Good knowledge of networking fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, etc.).
- Familiarity with helpdesk processes.
Responsibilities
- I will provide remote and on-site support for desktop systems, networks, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- I will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Windows 11 desktops and associated hardware.
- I will assist with the configuration and maintenance of networking equipment, including routers and switches.
- I will support the deployment and administration of Microsoft 365 Business, including Entra ID and/or Active Directory.
- I will maintain accurate service records within our helpdesk system.
- I will communicate technical information clearly and professionally to clients with varying technical expertise.
- I will conduct regular visits to client sites for installations, maintenance, and support activities.
