Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates who have previous experience in a similar IT Security Engineer role. You should possess a working knowledge of Cyber Essentials, ISO27001, NIST, and the ability to review and audit IT Infrastructure security processes. Additionally, you will need to review and revise Data Protection policies, provide staff training, and take ownership of Identity and Access systems and controls. Knowledge of industry-standard security tools, such as SIEM, and demonstrable experience with cloud security as well as on-premises and physical security are essential.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take ownership of the company’s IT Security compliance processes while collaborating closely with the Head of Compliance. You will be expected to review and audit existing security measures and ensure the integrity of our data protection policies. Your responsibilities will also include managing Identity and Access controls and providing necessary training to staff members on security practices.

This is a hybrid position, requiring you to work in the office three days a week, while you can work remotely for the remaining two days.
