Responsibilities
As an IT Engineer on our Operations team, you will be expected to manage your own workflow and take accountability for delivering requests and projects in a timely and accurate manner. Your key duties will include:
- Delivering technical expertise and operational support across diverse customer environments.
- Managing and troubleshooting Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows/Linux systems, Intune, Citrix, and SCCM in line with your area of expertise.
- Collaborating effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth and reliable IT service delivery.
- Implementing and upholding security best practices across all IT environments.
- Supporting and optimizing cloud and hybrid infrastructures to ensure high levels of efficiency, reliability, and security.

This is a 3rd line level role within a well-known, market-leading IT business, where the IT Engineer will help the current team deliver cutting-edge technology and digital solutions for our clients. We offer an excellent working environment, fantastic office space, and a hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).
