Requirements
Must:
- Strong IT knowledge
- Practical mindset
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across different sites
- Experience in IT support
- Exposure to NAV & Excel (beneficial but not essential)
- Comfort in providing 1st line assistance
Responsibilities
- Support and develop an internal App to meet operational needs
- Manage daily IT systems and coordinate with third-party IT providers
- Create, maintain and analyse reports using Excel
- Ensure compliance with IT licences, subscriptions and service agreements
- Provide first-line desktop IT support to all staff
- Assist with the specification and purchase of new IT equipment
- Oversee the upkeep of office, workshop and warehouse buildings and fittings
- Coordinate quotations, inspections, maintenance and repairs across all sites
