Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial contact point for technical support requests through the ticketing system, phone, email, and in-person.
- Ensure excellent customer service by providing clear, supportive communication to users with different levels of technical understanding.
- Deliver first-level support for hardware and software issues.
- Perform routine system administration duties to assist with IT operations.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate support teams when necessary.
- Build technical expertise to efficiently troubleshoot and resolve common IT challenges.
