Requirements
Must:

- Knowledge of Windows Server
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Hands-on experience is beneficial
- Qualifications and training must be up to date
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for clients
- Liaise directly with customers and clients to support queries/tickets
- Ensure SLAs and KPIs are adhered to
- Work with the ServiceNow ticket system
