Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in a D365 Business Central delivery role
- Ability to work with clients to develop functional and technical specifications
- A creative communicator able to present ideas and solutions to customers
- Demonstrable experience of system testing and customer training and support
- Hands-on experience of resolving technical issues alongside the tech team
- A willingness to travel when required by the business or customer
Responsibilities
As an ERP Consultant, I will play a vital part in transformation projects, bringing in-depth subject matter knowledge and bridging the gap between business and tech teams to deliver finished solutions. I will inform and advise clients through every stage of the technology adoption process while collaborating with the tech team to ensure that the delivered product meets or exceeds customer expectations. Though this role is based in Aberdeen, I can work remotely and will schedule site visits in line with project delivery and customer needs.
