Must:
To be successful in this role, you will need extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 services, including Intune management, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams. You should have proven experience in leading migrations, updates, and optimizations within the Microsoft 365 environment, utilizing PowerShell scripting and automation techniques. A strong understanding of modern enterprise architectures, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues are essential. Additionally, demonstrated leadership abilities, along with experience mentoring and providing guidance to junior team members, are crucial.
Responsibilities
In this position, you will lead the administration, management, and optimization of Microsoft 365 services. Your responsibilities will include overseeing migrations, updates, and optimizations while leveraging advanced PowerShell scripting and automation techniques. You will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for complex escalations and perform patch testing and management for all end-user devices. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will align Microsoft 365 initiatives with organizational goals and priorities, while also monitoring and maintaining the security and compliance of Microsoft 365 services. Furthermore, you will mentor and provide guidance to IT team members.
