Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure operations and end user services
- Strong knowledge of backup, restore, patch management, and security compliance
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SCCM, Intune, and Teams Room technologies
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Oversee Global IT Site Services & Support for approximately 2000 users
- Manage Asset & Equipment Management
- Provide Smart Hands Support
- Lead IT Support for laboratories with over 600 systems
- Handle Budget and Financial Management
- Implement Change Management processes
- Enhance Customer Experience
- Drive Innovation and Digital Transformation through new initiatives and technology
- Foster Leadership & Team Development
Description
We offer an exciting opportunity to lead IT site services and lab systems across multiple international sites. As the IT Infrastructure Site Manager for the EMEA & APAC regions, you will be responsible for overseeing Level 2 IT support, Smart Hands services, asset management, and lab systems support globally. You will also lead the IT Support for Labs team, ensuring compliance, performance, and continuous improvement. Flexibility is key, as some travel within Europe will be required, approximately 1 or 2 times a quarter. Joining our CRO/CDMO presents a fantastic opportunity, especially for those with life sciences or pharmaceutical experience.
