- Understanding of facilities management or similar sectors (desirable)
- Awareness of asset lifecycles and compliance requirements (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity of asset data and support system users
- Assist with reporting, providing insights for smarter decision-making
- Manage day-to-day tasks within the Big Change CAFM system
- Accurately input and update asset data, including new registrations and maintenance records
- Keep vehicle and asset registers updated with key details
- Validate and clean existing data for accuracy
- Upload essential documents to the Big Change reference library
- Build new contracts in Big Change, including PPM schedules and asset lists
- Collaborate with the Contract Lifecycle Manager for smooth onboarding of new contracts
- Assist with data migration and user account setup for operational teams
- Generate standard reports on jobs, tasks, and assets
- Support the CAFM Manager with tailored data extractions
- Act as the first point of contact for engineers using the Big Change app
- Onboard new users and provide guidance on workflows
- Follow established data entry standards and workflow protocols
- Identify and act on opportunities for process improvements
