- Experience building Power BI reports according to business requirements
- Ability to engage stakeholders from various business divisions
- Experience presenting insights in compelling ways using storytelling and visualization best practices
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain self-serve dashboards and reporting tools for colleagues and the County FA network
- Proactively identify emerging insights, trends, and opportunities across Grassroots Football data
- Support integration of relevant external data sources to enhance insights and inform opportunities
- Create frameworks and templates to help monitor participation trends across Grassroots Football
- Lead the insight-generation process for Grassroots Strategy KPIs
- Collaborate with the Digital Technology Team to enhance data pipelines and resolve data quality issues
- Drive increased adoption of dashboards by providing training and guidance to stakeholders
- Respond promptly and professionally to queries and tickets regarding Grassroots data
- Execute additional tasks as required to meet the FAs changing priorities
- Comply with all company policies and procedures for health and safety standards
