Responsibilities
- Deliver the product strategy and long-term vision for the products.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing hardware, software, and IT systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and QA to build and integrate new systems.
- Develop and present proposals for new or modified systems, including cost-benefit analyses, budgets, and timelines.
- Monitor and maintain existing systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure optimal efficiency and uptime.
- Provide support and training to users on new or upgraded systems, and create detailed user manuals and documentation.
- Identify risks associated with new tools and processes, establishing procedures to mitigate them.
- Work closely with management and end-users to define and document system requirements, specifications, and workflows.
- Actively participate as a member of the Product Management team.
