Requirements
Must:
- Looking to return to work after a break in your career of 12+ months
- At least 5 years of prior commercial industry experience, ideally within data analytics, technology or a related field
- A strong aptitude and interest in business and technology as well as data driven problem solving
- Commitment to at least two years of full-time employment with FDM

Responsibilities
- Work as a Consultant within our Data and Analytics Practice, delivering large-scale projects for clients across various sectors
- Take on roles such as BI Developer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or Robotic Process Automation Consultant
- Participate in structured learning and upskilling sessions to enhance your knowledge in business intelligence, data modeling, and automation
- Collaborate with the Returners Team to ensure a smooth transition back into the workforce and support career growth
- Engage in diverse assignments with global companies, progressing to Principal Consultant roles as opportunities arise
