Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a recent college graduate in IT, Computing, or a related field (preferred).
- I require a genuine interest in technology and a desire to build a career in IT support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting are essential.
- I value excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- I need someone who is reliable, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
- A basic understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, or networking is advantageous but not essential.
- I appreciate enthusiasm with a "can do" attitude and a willingness to learn and progress.
Responsibilities
- I will expect you to provide first-line support to users, diagnosing and resolving IT issues via phone, email, and in person.
- You will assist with the installation and configuration of hardware, software, and network equipment.
- Maintaining and updating helpdesk tickets is necessary, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software, network, and printing is part of the role.
- You will support IT projects and system upgrades under supervision.
- Contributing to documentation and knowledge base development is also required.
Description
I am offering a full-time position with a salary of £26,250.00 per year. You will receive comprehensive hands-on training and mentoring from experienced IT professionals, as well as exposure to a wide range of technologies and real-world IT environments. There will be opportunities for career progression within a supportive and friendly team culture. Additionally, I provide benefits including company events, a company pension, life insurance, and on-site parking. Please note that an A-Level or equivalent is required, and English as your first language is necessary. A valid Driving Licence is also required for the position. The work location is in person.
