Requirements
Must:
- Senior Application Operations Engineer experience in M365, specializing in Power Platform and SharePoint Online
- Proven experience providing 3rd-line support across the full Microsoft 365 stack, including Exchange Online and Teams
- Strong technical expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies and familiarity with PowerShell automation
- Solid foundation built through formal qualifications and hands-on work in complex, secure environments
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure delivering high-quality results
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Leadership experience and ability to share knowledge with colleagues
Responsibilities
- Configure systems that safeguard vital services and optimize core services of Microsoft 365
- Refine complex Power Automate workflows and optimize SharePoint architectures
- Resolve issues across Exchange Online, Teams, and Entra ID
- Shape platform governance and guide colleagues on best practices
- Take ownership of tasks and maintain secure, reliable, and resilient environments
- Work closely with project teams, developers, and support functions to deliver technical solutions
- Improve processes related to the design and delivery of M365 services
- Grow personal expertise while supporting vital government operations
