Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in an enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on development skills across core ServiceNow modules.
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs) and platform configuration.
- Solid understanding of IT service management processes and frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, CMDB).
- Build and customise workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Support platform enhancements, upgrades, and performance optimisation initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow-related issues, ensuring platform stability and performance.
- Work closely with IT and delivery teams to implement best practices and improve service management processes.
- Produce clear technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams.
