Requirements
Must:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with the Guidewire InsuranceSuite platform.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and development.
- Strong proficiency in Gosu programming language.
- Experience with ClaimCenter configuration areas such as rules, workflows, data models, and integrations.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations within the Guidewire ClaimCenter platform.
- Collaborate closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Configure and maintain ClaimCenter components, including workflows, rules, data models, and user interfaces.
- Develop, execute, and maintain unit tests to ensure solution quality, stability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues related to the ClaimCenter platform.
- Participate in peer code reviews and ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines.
- Work closely with QA teams to support system and user acceptance testing and resolve identified defects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members and support stakeholders as needed.
- Stay current with Guidewire product upgrades, patches, and insurance industry trends to ensure optimal and future-ready solutions.
