Responsibilities
- Monitor, identify, and resolve network availability and performance issues
- Review change requests to identify and escalate potential risks to the network
- Provide change management, cutover, and early-life support for business and portfolio requests
- Collaborate with the Network Leadership Team, regional teams, network service partners, and IT operations functions
- Provide technical expertise and support during major incidents
- Work closely with third-party partners to deliver a safe, resilient, and robust network platform
- Continuously review industry trends and test new concepts and technologies to drive ongoing improvement
