Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the implementation and maintenance of the SAP SuccessFactors HRIS platform
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the HRIS systems to ensure they meet the needs of the organisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and configure system features based on business requirements
- Provide technical support and problem resolution for SAP SF modules
- Train and support end-users to ensure effective utilisation of the HRIS
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to optimise functionality
- Ensure data integrity and security within the HRIS
- Stay updated with SAP SF developments and best practices to continually enhance system performance
