Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have a degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or at least 3 years of experience in the front-end industry. You should possess strong knowledge of HTML, CSS (Tailwind), and JavaScript/TypeScript. Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks and tools, particularly React, Redux, and GraphQL, is essential. Experience in integrating REST or GraphQL APIs and managing client-side data flows is important, as well as familiarity with performance monitoring and optimization techniques. A solid grounding in software engineering principles and best practices is required. We value effective problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for developing scalable and reliable front-end architecture for our reinforcement learning training and management platform. Youll translate requirements into high-quality user interfaces and workflows. Collaboration with designers and engineers is key to implementing visual designs within our brand guidelines. You will ensure compatibility across different browsers and devices while resolving any UI/UX issues that arise. Performance optimization is also vital, including improving load times and runtime efficiency. Ensuring accessibility compliance, such as adhering to WCAG guidelines, is important as well. You will identify and resolve user-facing bugs and usability issues, while maintaining clear documentation to support ongoing development and troubleshooting.
