Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect in ERP Transformations
- Deep knowledge of architectural frameworks and design patterns
- Strong understanding of complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and workshops
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
- Familiarity with industry standards and governance processes
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver innovative solutions to redefine operations for a global energy enterprise
- Translate intricate requirements into robust, scalable architectures
- Provide advisory services and act as a subject matter expert (SME) to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate with Sales Pursuit and Delivery teams to create winnable solutions
- Create comprehensive solution designs, implementation plans, and technical documentation
- Lead workshops and technical discussions to gather requirements and feedback
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of best practices
- Continuously assess and improve existing solutions for efficiency and effectiveness
