Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js, and React
- Solid background in Python and cloud platforms (GCP/AWS)
- Proven track record of leading small, high-performing teams
- Experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments
- Bonus: experience with AI/ML, AdTech, MarTech, or analytics products
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team
- Define technical standards and best practices across the stack
- Spend 30-40% of your time hands-on, building key features and systems
- Collaborate closely with product and data teams to turn insights into action
- Architect scalable, reliable systems using modern cloud technologies
- Build and nurture a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
