We are looking for candidates who have a degree in Computer Science/Engineering or at least 3 years of experience in DevOps or infrastructure. You should have a strong background with AWS, GCP, or Azure, particularly with ML/AI workloads. Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, and ML-focused orchestration is essential. Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi and configuration management is expected. You should possess a solid understanding of CI/CD tools (such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins) and knowledge of monitoring/observability tools (like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenObserve). Experience with GPU infrastructure and distributed ML compute frameworks is vital, along with familiarity with MLOps tools and model lifecycle management. We also require strong scripting skills in Python and Bash, as well as an understanding of cloud networking, security, and database fundamentals. Experience in HPC environments or schedulers would be a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure for high-performance reinforcement learning training and distributed environments. You will build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for both open-source and enterprise components, while implementing containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. Developing Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi is part of your responsibility. You will implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for distributed ML systems, collaborate with ML teams on resource optimization and cost efficiency, and apply security best practices to manage access controls and ensure compliance. Additionally, you will automate operational tasks such as backups, disaster recovery, and maintenance, support GPU clusters and distributed compute resources for RL workloads, and maintain the availability and performance of production ML systems.
