Responsibilities
- Design and configure complex conversational topics, trigger phrases, and multi-turn logic within Copilot Studio
- Use Power Automate to connect Copilot agents to back-end systems like SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL, and REST APIs
- Implement and fine-tune Generative AI features, including boosted conversations and knowledge-base grounding
- Ensure all solutions adhere to strict SC-cleared environment protocols, focusing on data residency and responsible AI principles
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate user requirements into technical AI Skills and autonomous agent behaviors
- Monitor agent performance, refine prompts for accuracy, and troubleshoot integration bottlenecks
