Requirements
Must:
We are looking for someone with strong experience in IT operations, confident in taking ownership and working across complex infrastructure. You should possess the following skills and knowledge:
- Knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies, particularly Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Familiarity with ITIL/IT Service Management practices.
- Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, VPNs, load balancers, WiFi deployment).
- Skills in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Terraform).
- Understanding of security solutions (firewalls, Zero Trust).
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Exchange, VMware, and SQL Server.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide expert 3rd line support across infrastructure, platforms, servers, and networks, ensuring the smooth delivery of business-critical services. Your work will cover physical, virtual, and cloud environments, including wired/wireless networking, SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS platforms. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting and operating core platforms, hardware, and operating systems.
- Ensuring the integrity and security of networks, systems, and data.
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations.
- Contributing to migrations, deployments, and testing new technologies.
- Participating in on-call support for escalations as required.
