Requirements
Must:
- Experience in IT support or a strong technical foundation with a willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of Windows 7-10 and common software installation processes
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Basic understanding of networking and server environments
- Excellent communication, organisation, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks
- A positive, adaptable mindset with a team-first approach
Responsibilities
- Build, configure, and rebuild user devices in line with service requirements
- Maintain accurate hardware records and follow stock control processes, including allocation and disposal
- Manage IMAC activities from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery against SLAs
- Provide a friendly, professional service at all times, supporting users on-site and ensuring minimal disruption
