Requirements
Must:
- Strong Python and data science / machine learning experience
- Exposure to optimisation or operations research (e.g. MIP, linear/non-linear programming, solvers like Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools)
- Experience delivering end-to-end data solutions
- Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
- Nice to have: Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms
- Background in supply chain, defence, or operational analytics
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver optimisation and data science solutions
- Build optimisation models and machine learning solutions to support decision-making
- Apply techniques such as mixed integer programming, simulation and advanced analytics
- Develop production-ready pipelines and models
- Work directly with stakeholders to shape solutions and deliver value
- Deliver projects in an Agile (Discovery – Alpha – Beta – Live) environment
